Aside life, property is one of man's most priced possession;mostly because of the mental, physical and sometimes  financial effort expended in acquiring same,Property could be described as anything capable of being owned, it could be copereal or incopereal, tangible or intangible. Therefore the energy and labor required in securing any property makes it worthy to be protected by law and also yield profits for the owner of the property, in other words ,one should reap "the fruits of his labour". Given the description of property,there's no gain saying; *intellectual* *property* adequately fits in,since it's a product of one's creative mind. Intellectual property is the product of one's mental effort, creative exertion  Or better still creative labour,Hence, the laws seeks to guarantee, protect and reward creative efforts. Waiting and Dating is such an enlightening and interesting book. Here are some things i took note of whilst reading the book. So many people ask the question, "when am i ready to date?". Well, you are ready to date when you don't NEED to. You get that? Believe it or not, a book is judged by it's title more than it's cover! Yes I just said that! Think about it, what first attracts you to a book? It's colour, size, designs, author or title? Trust me, 80% of the time, you are first attracted or curious about the title before ever opening it to read. So this draws a conclusion that the title of a write up is as important as the information hidden between the lines of words in that write up. Knowing this, you know better than to just settle for any title. You need to spend time thinking about the title just the same way you brood about the message you are about to pass through your work.
