HOW YOUR BRAIN AFFECTS YOUR BEHAVIOR

Our brain is kind of a big deal, isn't it? This is probably because it serves as a control center of our body. It's in charge of keeping your heart beating and lungs breathing and allowing you to move, feel and think. That's why it's a good idea to keep your brain at its highest working condition. Your brain actually affects everything that has to do with your body.

Now, looking at how your brain affects your behaviour majorly boils down to the kind of food we eat because the foods you eat play a role in keeping your brain healthy and can improve specific mental tasks, such as memory and concentration. Secondly, the activities you engage yourself in like READING also has a way of impacting changes in the brain's neurotransmitter. Neurotransmitters are chemicals that communicate messages between nerve cells in your brain.

So the imbalance of this hormone in your brain can affect your MOOD, SLEEP, APPETITE, ANXIETY, etc. There are times we go to bed very sweet and okay, there is balance in everything. However, by the time you wake up in the morning, oh oh, that's what I am talking about. Your food can affect you. Boredom can affect you, when your brain becomes used to a particular condition/pattern, that's why learning and adopting new ways of doing things is also very cool. This is because each time you do something new, a new pattern is drawn in your brain by one of the neurotransmitters in the brain. You only behave the way your brain tells you to, so when the cells in your brain get confused, your behaviour is often affected. This could be in a number of ways which include speech, movement, how you interact with people, sleep, etc. It all depends on how the brain's signals are being interpreted by the rest of the body.

Finally, eat good food that can boost your brain. Read varieties. Make your brain sweat by putting it to work, by trying different activities. This is just like adopting new reading styles as well.
